Since the company established its unwavering goal of creating a green factory three years ago, Tian Di Zhi Guang has set up a leadership group, with the chairman personally serving as the group leader. The leadership group has clarified the three-year plan for the establishment of a green factory. In recent years, the company has made progress in various construction projects and meets the requirements for the recognition of a fourth level green factory in Zhejiang Province.
In 2020, the enterprise's production line underwent technological transformation, further digitizing and informatization, while also adding supporting facilities such as variable frequency air compressors for energy conservation and power saving. In 2021, more than 300000 yuan was invested to improve the acid mist cooling tower, making the acid mist treatment more thorough, and the variable frequency exhaust fan reduced workshop noise. Investing over 500000 yuan to build a circulating water tank to ensure consistent battery temperature and the ability to recycle water. Starting from 2022, photovoltaic energy storage facilities will be constructed, with photovoltaic electricity mainly supplied for office use by enterprises, and excess electricity stored for continued use. The enterprise has established a microgrid, and the office building is equipped with photovoltaic green electricity, which basically meets the lighting needs of the company's office building and cafeteria.
In 2023, the company will further promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, build 0.4MW/1.44MWh lead crystal energy storage power stations and connect them to the grid for operation. The operation mode of the energy storage power station is to directly discharge the energy storage system to the grid during peak hours of the power grid, and charge the energy storage system during low load periods at night, absorbing surplus electricity from the grid, improving the grid's ability to absorb new energy, reducing losses, and significantly reducing emissions of pollutants such as carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, smoke, and ash.
